Why is UFg split over 12 separate divisions

With a company the size of UFg, it would be impossibly to supply each and every client within there specific industry requirements, with solid advise and the correct level of care, if employees were only of a generic understanding. Therefore, each UFg division team is managed by an experienced UFg Director who has worked in that specific industry. In turn, each member of the division team will have at least 5- years direct experience of the specific industry working in either the Middle East, Asia and/or the Eastern Bloc. As a standard, do you interview all potential candidates

Whenever it is geographically possible, UFg will pre-screen the personnel that we offer for employment. Our team of consultants will travel throughout the UK, Europe, Middle East and further if necessary, to pre-screen quality educated & industry-experienced trade professionals. However, when it has been impossible to meet with them, it will be clearly stated on their CV to avoid any misunderstandings. UFg is unique in this policy of pre-screening candidates before they are presented to a client for marketing. What are Regional Overseas Representatives (ROR)

UFg is a globally based company with three (3) geographically placed offices however it is not always possible for candidates to travel to one of these countries to attend a pre-screening interview prior to being forwarded to a client company. So UFg employs trusted ROR trade experienced professionals who are often senior ex-candidates of UFg, to increase the geographical area we can cover. Our ROR professionals are based as follows, but are changing every month.

What is the UFg Professional Guarantee

Each successful candidate supplied by UFg is professional guaranteed for a three (3) months period of probationary employment. If a successful candidate fails in their role, in relation to their job description at the time of employment, then a replacement will be provided at no extra trade terms cost.
