This requires that we pre-screen all candidates prior to positions being offered. Each candidate supplied by UFg is pre-screened for educational certificates, work experience, compatibility to client and an understanding of their requirements within the new employer.

INTERESTED in INTERNATIONAL WORK?

Important facts we wish you to know before you apply. If you have already worked overseas full time before, you will be aware of these:

• We supply management personnel with experience in their chosen field
• As an international standard, you will need to be no younger than 25- years of age, for full time management employment
• We only deal with full time employment of at least -1 year & often 2- years with an option to renew. Positions are NOT holiday jobs, they are career moves & you will often be joining other candidates placed by us in the same club or city.
• We charge you nothing except dedication to your profession & loyalty to the employer , to fulfil your initial contract with them.
• Most contracts include accommodation, a return flight at the end of each year, medical care, work permits, 3-4 weeks vacation p.a. as standard. However, some companies will offer different packages of which you will be informed of at time of application.
• We arrange your initial flight departure & visa work permits.
• To successfully find you full time employment overseas, you must be in possession of further / higher education relevant to your career, plus a minimum 4- years post-study management work experience.
• All junior management roles will only permit single status accommodation & therefore a single status contract will only be offered which means no "partners" or dependents. This is an employer stipulation & not the agency.
• When attending your pre-screening interview with our team, please consider your ability to travel to our UK or Bahrain offices before applying for work.
