Requirements

Oversee the day-to-day training activities of the Spa and to ensure all guests are consistently treated to an impeccable service experience.

Assist to make sure operations run smoothly, efficiently and profitably.  Responsibility for managing, training and enhancing the ability of the team of Therapists and Training team.  Ensure that all policies/procedures have been clearly communicated and are adhered to, maintain positive employee relations and last but not least, ensure that the Spa is staffed with team members who can deliver the best international practice and high standards in all areas and services. 

Priority will be given to applicants who have specific Spa staff Trainer status along with a minimum of 5- years documented Trainer experience.  Particular training disciplines of interest to our Client include  Swedish Aromatherapy & Facials.

Requirements

Current or recent experience working in quality private members' or hotel Health Clubs is ideal. Higher education is not essential & more importantly will be a good level of Fitness to PT Level 3, various popular Group Exercise classes including Stretch & relaxation routines & Pools maintenance (large wetside area). Strengths are needed in a personable approach to members, delivering high levels of customer care & attention to detail especially cleanliness of the operation. A "hands-on" style Manager is seen as the ideal profile.

Applicants with an existing broad spectrum of Sporting activities & the whole wellness gambit, are seen as ideal for this role. This will ensure the successful applicant will comprehend & confidently achieve all the operational management needs of the leisure club. These include 2- pools, saunas, steam room, Gym, golf and tennis courts which will all come under the Deputy's remit
