Most of our clients are internationally based & are large Marina complexes, 5 star international resorts & private yachts around the world. This requires that we pre-screen all candidates prior to positions being offered. Each candidate supplied by MARINAFORCE is pre-screened for educational certificates, work experience, compatibility to client and an understanding of their requirements within the new employer.

INTERESTED in INTERNATIONAL WORK?

Important facts we wish you to know before you apply. If you have already worked overseas full time before, you will be aware of these:

• We market & supply only educated personnel with experience in their chosen field.
• As an international standard of previous experience, we expect you to be no younger than 27- years of age.
• We only deal with full time employment of at least -1 year & often 2- years with an option to renew. Positions are NOT holiday jobs, but are career moves with long term prospects.
• We charge you nothing except dedication to your profession & loyalty to the employer, to fulfil your initial contract with them.
• Most contracts include an accommodation allowance, a return flight at the end of each year, medical care, work permits, upto 30- days vacation p.a. However, some facilities will offer different packages of which you will be informed of at time of application.
• We arrange your initial flight departure & visa work permits.
• To successfully find you full time employment overseas, you must be in possession of specific further / higher education relevant to your career, plus minimum 5- years post-study relevant work experience.
• All junior roles will only permit single status accommodation & therefore a single status contract will only be offered which means no "partners" or dependents.
• When planning to attend your pre-screening interview with our team, please consider your ability to travel to our UK or Bahrain offices before applying for work.

PRE-SCREENING INTERVIEW

MARINAFORCE holds regular screening interviews in major cities in  the UK, for advertised vacancies. These meetings are normally held in 5 star hotels located in easy-to-find areas or at our Middle Eastern Regional office in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

To be invited to a screening interview, you will need to submit a contemporary CV with cover letter detailing

• Current or most recent position

• Current or most recent salary pa

• Notice period required

• Preferred pre-screening interview location & a recent passport sized photo to market you professionally

• Personal status & date of birth for overseas appointments

• Job vacancies of interest to you
