Simon Windsor is the Founder of the entire UltraForce Group (UFg) in 1985. Simon originally worked for a well known large 5 star international chain all over the Middle East. After a 10- year period Simon returned to the UK to develop a new concept in international recruitment ~ The UltraForce Group (UFg). Crispin has extensive experience of working in Europe, Russia and the Middle East. Crispin holds academic degrees in Sports Science, MSc Nutritional Science, PhD Sport Exercise and an Honorary Diploma in Nutritional Science. Crispin has worked in senior commercially-focused international roles and international management positions, including General Director of Group Operations for a global Fitness and Spa chain, overseeing the expansion and operational success of the organisation. As a partner in UFg, Crispin takes responsibility for the day to day running of business & so works with key clients to design and deliver complex integrated recruitment projects.

Captain Rob has successfully worked within the leisure & tourism industry for over 25- years for a multitude of clients from Royal to big business operations with the mission to create practical solutions. So he has  built successful long term relationships with many clients world-wide, resulting in significant repeat business. As a graduate of the MBA program and an MSc. in Marine Science, Captain Rob is skilled & focused in flexible multicultural staff management, to enhance operations and develop achievable schedules. Captain Rob's career has predominately been in the Middle East and Asia, so UFg feel very proud to have him on board with us as part of our specialist Consultant Executive team. A graduate of Moscow University in Economics and Management, Ludmila has worked in general management, recruitment, sales and marketing. Ludmila is bi-lingual in Russian and English. Innovative and practical, Ludmila has experience of the cultural impact of commercially focused recruitment in an international environment. She has delivered a range of recruitment and marketing solutions in Russia and oversees many administration services within UFg. Alan Spence is a Senior Trade Consultant (STC) Associate with UFg, & is now based in the North of England. Alan completed his education in Physical Education at Carnegie College in Leeds, followed by 18- years in UK Schools rising to Head of Dept. status.Thereafter, he flew to Saudi Arabia to teach for nearly 20- years in a highly respected higher education programme as well in some senior management operations. Alan has now returned to the UK & provides his Senior Consultant services to the educational recruitment division of TeachForce for UFg, as well as to the UK Educational Programme when required.
