It is always a great shock when any organisation loses a key Team player, & it is with great sadness that we need to announce the professional & personal loss of our dear colleague, Paolo who passed away recently. This news has genuinely sent waves of sadness around the hospitality industry on a global scale, due to the fact that this true Maestro of the 5- star hotel industry was so well known & respected for very justified reasons. He represented the traditional values of high standards in customer care & staff disciplines for this industry which are sometimes unfortunately not given the importance they deserve in our modern times. This was one of Paolo's regular observations of hotels today & it gave him great disappointment at times, after being a GM of some of the best hotels in the world in his own career.

The UFg Team extend their deep respect to the wife & family of Paolo & we thank them for allowing us to share the special chance in life to work with this true scholar & gentleman.
