The starting point is taking the brief.
Your UFg Consultant will discuss your requirements & will then select the most appropriate Executive for the position, both in terms of skill and personality.
To help us do this quickly and effectively, we have built up a database of personally screened Executive candidates, many of whom work exclusively for UFg.
Potentially suitable Executives are selected by us and we ascertain their availability and then discuss the role with them.
Details of the recommended Executive are forwarded to you and, when possible an interview is arranged. Once the candidate is accepted by the Client, terms are then agreed with UFg.
During the assignment, we keep in contact with both you the Client & your Interim Manager to make sure everything is fine.
Once the Interim Management assignment is over, we will also contact you to get your feedback and comments.
