- The starting point is taking the brief.
- Your UFg Consultant will discuss your requirements & will then select the most appropriate Executive for the position, both in terms of skill and personality.
- To help us do this quickly and effectively, we have built up a database of personally screened Executive candidates, many of whom work exclusively for UFg.
- Potentially suitable Executives are selected by us and we ascertain their availability and then discuss the role with them.
- Details of the recommended Executive are forwarded to you and, when possible an interview is arranged. Once the candidate is accepted by the Client, terms are then agreed with UFg.
- During the assignment, we keep in contact with both you the Client & your Interim Manager to make sure everything is fine.
- Once the Interim Management assignment is over, we will also contact you to get your feedback and comments.
